Preparation for training on the day

In preparation for the meditation sessions could you possibly try to:-

Wear light coloured clothing from tomorrow evening ie. 24 hours before the event. Avoid black and dark brown. It is important to use your own clothes on the day. Clothes should be loose fitting. Keep a warm shawl/jumper next to you to keep warm if there is a drop in body temperature.

A small cushion or something soft to support may assist in some yoga postures.

There will be healing sessions as well that will be introduced. These techniques are a part of the entire system.

Also try to avoid very heavy foods /meals for an hour or two before the sessions.

On the day:-

Please clear out clutter in the room that you will sit to meditate - facilitates good flow of energy.

Also remove cut plants/flowers from the room you are in during meditation. Remove dead leaves and flowers from the plants.
